You agree, at the request of Christian Singles Match, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Christian Singles Match, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, from your use of the service, including any violation of the rules contained in this Agreement or any accusation that the information that you post infringes the intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trade secret, trademark, or patent) of any third party or that such information disparages, libels or invades the privacy of any third party. You and other providers of informations are the publishers of such information contained on Christian Singles Match. Christian Singles Match is not a publisher of such information. Christian Singles Match reserves the right to terminate service without notice to any user who fails to comply with this Service Agreement or the rules of Christian Singles Match. The Christian Singles Match service contains proprietary information of Christian Singles Match and its licensors. In addition, other persons may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any such information.

CSM has the right to change the terms of this agreement as deemed necessary in its sole discretion. This Agreement is entered into in Sunnyvale, CA, USA. You agree that California law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the courts in California.

Christian Singles Match and its affiliates reserve the right to ban anyone from using the Christian Singles Match site and Service at any time and for any reason they deem necessary including, but not limited to: Communications to others that are: Abusive, Disrespectful, Sexually Explicit, Blasphemous or Defamatory, Threatening or Humiliating, Soliciting illegal or illicit activities or acts, propagating commerce, chain letters, or mass mailings.
No abuse shall in any way be tolerated. Any activities described above will result in termination of the member's account.

Use of the Christian Singles Match site and its Services signifies that you are in total agreement with the terms contained here within. If you disagree with any of these terms, then please do not use the service. If you use the service and do not agree to these terms Christian Singles Match cannot and will not be held responsible.
